Survivor stuck on my back

Description:

When i tried to get through a window, survivor somehow got behind me, and tried to do the same. I turned around quickly enough to catch him, and he stuck on my back. I can't hang him, or drop. I can't close hatch either, we're both stuck on server for one hour already, no one is disconnecting because of penalty.
