NOED exposed status bug

Issue: There was no SFX / VFX / status icon of exposed status effect from 'No One Escapes Death' when the killer downed a survivor after generator repairs were completed (exit gates powered up)

Steps:

  1. 4 Survivors spawn in the killer's shack of 'Family's Residence - Yamaoka Estate' map, playing against The Wraith having NOED. (I'm not sure whether he has addons related to terror radius / heartbeat equipped)
  2. Complete generator repairs. At the time it completes, one survivor is already injured.
  3. The killer downs the injured survivor. Only the 'Hexed' status icon appears on the right of the screen, no sounds / visual effects and status icon of exposed status effect.
