Are Nurse bugs being addressed?

We (or at least I) haven't seen anything to indicate that they are even recognized as an issue.

If I could get an official response I could refer people to this post when I come across people mentioning Nurse bugs. I think it would really help the community of killers to have an official response on this matter.
