Award ALL perk bloodpoints post-trial

Distressing, Beast Of Prey, Thrill Of The Hunt, No One Left Behind, and Prove Thyself all award in-trial bloodpoints. This causes them to stack with offerings/BBQ, but often result in no gains because of the 8000 bloodpoit category cap. I would propose that all of the "Gain x% more bloodpoints in the y category" be replaced with "You are awarded a x% bonus to your bloodpoints in the y category post-trial"

I don't think the wording change needs to exist but I agree the function should change

Everything else that grants post-trial bloodpoints (offerings, BBQ and Chilli, WGTLF) all explicitly state the bloodpoints are post-trial, the change is mostly for consistency.
