Hemorrhage and Blindness Rework

Both of these status effects are mostly useless. Particularly Hemorrhage. Thus a rework to these perks makes sense.

Hemorrhage

  • Causes blood from the Survivor to glow brightly to the Killer

Related perk changes:

  • Bloodhound - Grants Hemorrhage to all Survivors. Survivors do not know they have the Hemorrhage status effect from this perk. Still makes blood last 2/4/6 seconds longer
  • Sloppy Butcher - Grants Hemorrhage for 10/15/20 seconds after hitting a Survivor with a basic attack. Still inflicts mangled

Basically make the bloodhound perks effect a status effect. That's it.

Blindness

  • Prevents Survivors from seeing Killer or Objective auras
  • Also hides status effects and any associated audio cues
  • Hides the Killers red stain from the Survivor

No changes to perks needed.

This one is slightly more complicated. But basically it no longer hides Survivor auras (thus making it's effect on solo's and SWF more comparable) but now hides status effects and the red stain. This gives the perk synergy with other perks such as haunted grounds, rancor, devour hope, retribution ect.

Hiding the red stain ensures the perk consistently has an effect even when no Survivor aura reading perks or Killer perk synergies are in play.
