Does the DC Penalty kick when you DC while the game loads?
Not that I want to DC while the game loads, but a lot of players DC when the Killer has a secret offering. Do they get punished for doing so?

Nope, so when people see a hidden offering they assume mori and “crash.”
Killers are guilty as well if they get a bad map offering.
