Is there something wrong with the connections?

Hey, from the last patch i can't find a green ping lobby, my internet is normal, 26 ms but in-game i just get red ping lobbies, the other survivors from my team are saying the same thing, trying to find a decent ping lobby for 30 min.

I played hag yesterday, finally a green ping lobby. All good till we the first gen was done. We all started to teleport around, survivors getting stuck at windows (when they tried to vault they were getting teleported back), i couldn't pick survivors because they just tp back 10 m and then back again. What's wrong?

    I had this a few times on ps4. Couldn't work on a genny nor save any one from the hook. Rubber banding everywhere.
