So you know how Balanced Landing gives you the Sprint Burst and also reduces the stagger from falling? Yeah let's give secondary effects to all exhaustion perks! (that don't have one)

Sprint Burst - You also run 1/2/3% faster
Lithe - i have no numbers but you just vault faster. Maybe for slow vaults on lvl 3 its like fast vaults?
Dead Hard - ..... yeah i have no idea
