No Wiggle Progression When Dropped [PS4]

In the patch notes it says that now you gain +25% wiggle progress after being dropped yet when I was picked up again, I was still around 2%.

Unsure of steps but it might be as simple as dropping and picking up a survivor.

Only occurred once for me, only time I’ve been dropped.
