Thinking Decisive needs another change to make it more reliable

Just played a game where i got knocked down by hag and she opened gates before hooking me to activate her blood warden. When I got saved it deactivated. Thing is she waited for teammate to pull me off before knocking me down again to kill me. I wasn't worried bc I carry Dstrike for occasions like this. Only thing is I hit my Dstrike almost dead center and it didn't activate in time, it let her take me to the hook and hook me. Like she literally had to turn around and walk a few steps to hook me and it gave me the option to wiggle. I feel like my Decisive should've been activated. Same thing happened on another occasion, except with Huntress.
