If someone is being forced or there is a attempt to force someone, it is considered griefing - it's kind of a deal do it at your own risk, but the moment someone is put in distress it can be against the rules.
Additionally to that, if someone is being griefed (e.g. forced to do all gens alone or farmed off the hook against their consent) they can report it in the game at the end of the round. Additionally to that, any video evidence can be sent to support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com
