Making Babysitter a Better Perk

I've used Babysitter a good bit and it's honestly not that useful. If you're using it in a clutch situation, then you'd better hope that the survivor you unhooked has Iron Will.... and if you're not, then We'll Make It seems to be the better choice, since you usually have time to heal under the hook, especially with the increased healing speed.

I think that Babysitter would be a better perk if it not only applied to hook saves, but to flashlight and pallet saves as well. This change would make Babysitter synergize well with Iron Will (on the person who was saved), and make pallet/flashlight saves more viable. Flashlight and pallet saves are somewhat helpful, but the person who was saved usually ends up getting downed again within the next 10-15 seconds, so it only slightly delays the inevitable, except in a few special cases.

Speaking from Survivor experience, it's rare that my teammate gets away after being saved from the Killer's shoulder, because 1. Unless the survivor has Iron Will, they can still be heard, and 2. The killer can easily follow by the scratch marks and blood trail. And, speaking from Killer experience, I never have a problem catching up to a survivor who's been saved from my shoulder, as the stun duration is very short and does not prevent me from hearing/seeing where they went.

Just a suggestion for bringing some life to a neglected perk!
