David King lost his Year of the Wolf jacket?

Fired up the ptb to see that while there are some great new cosmetics there's one I wasted far too many hours for it to get removed with the release of this new update. I assume this is a mistake and would greatly appreciate my jacket back.

My David jacket wasn't there either but the PTB is separate from the normal save so hopefully we'll have it back at the official launch of the chapter. I haven't checked but I think it's still there in the regular non-beta server.
