How do you think Legion should be changed?

It's obvious by now that a lot of people aren't happy where Legion is right now, myself included. But there are also people like Legion's current play style and just want some QoL changes to make them less frustrating to play as, and against.
I am personally much more in favor of a total re-work so that Legion's full potential can be realized, but what do you guys think?
