Killers can pick up other killer powers?

https://youtu.be/CtXg2U8nG54So killers can drop and pick up other killer powers? How is this a feature? Is there just code inherited from the Trapper that allows killers to pick up each other's powers off the floor? Sadly, they don't seem to function, but could you imagine if they did? It would be crazy to see spirit use passive phasing to mindgame with Pig's ambush or something.

This can only be done when there are 2 or more killers in the game.
Well that's pretty obvious. You can't pick up another killer power if there isn't another killer. :P
