New Survivor and Killer 'Skills and Techniques'

I dislike how some perks are only used for the secondary bonuses like the Bloodpoint bonus with BBQ and WGLF. Some perks like devour hope have weird bonuses which enable you to move a little faster after 2 stacks.

My idea would enable perks with no gameplay function to be reworked or changed to be something I call Skills for Survivors or Techniques for Killer.

These ideas below are just examples of what these will look like. I think one thing which would be interesting for both roles would be a passive ability which enables you to adopt a certain style of play rather than playing the exact same every game. An opportunity to challenge yourself by putting yourself at a temporary disadvantage to then gain something which can aid you later in the match.

If not that then something which enables you to benefit from the bonuses without creating a build made up of perks which result in no clear use in a match and just serve as a Bloodpoint bonus or whatever post match.

These skills and techniques would be purchaseable in each bloodweb. These are consumable items which only last one match. These are different to add-ons/offerings and perks and instead have there own area where they can be equipped.

Bloodweb appearance rate - Lvl 30 (2 per bloodweb) Lvl 40 (3 per bloodweb) Lvl 50 (4 per bloodweb)

Just a broad idea. This is probably the only way I would switch BBQ out for thrilling tremors or something different. I want an actual use to WGLF and I want to challenge myself without making myself a significantly easier person to tunnel down (no mither)

_______________________________________________

Killer technique 1 THIRST - Gain 25% stackable Bloodpoint bonus on each different Survivor hooked. (BBQ Bloodpoint bonus, Bloodpoints bonus would be removed from BBQ perk to week people off using it for the Bloodpoints)

Killer technique 2 HUNGER - Hooking a Survivor gains +10 haste for 15 seconds. All stuns and fatigues are reduced by 8%.

Killer technique 3 ENRAGE - FoV is reduced drastically. Your red stain is greatly reduced. Each destruction actions grants you a stack which increases destruction events by +4% (max 40% for 10 stacks). Stackable.

Killer technique 4 SENTIENT- Once one exit gate is open, the other exit gates lever has a chance to snap off rendering the gate unopenable. The probability depends on the amount of total hooks, 4 hooks equals 30% anything more increases odds by +5%. Hatch aura is revealed to the killer within a 24m radius.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Survivor skill 1 FIRMNESS- Reduce the speed of the skill checks you receive. When in the killers terror radius skill checks no longer contain the great skill check window.

Survivor skill 2 GREED - Gain a 25% stackable Bloodpoint bonus post trail for each safe unhook or protection hit. (WGLF bonus but that perk would be reworked to something other than rewarding the extra Bloodpoints)

Survivor skill 3 FORTUNE- If you're the last Survivor, gain the ability to attempt escape from hook 6 times (3attempts per hook stage). Grants 5% haste for 20 seconds. Permanently puts Survivor in a broken state. All perks deactivate if the unhook is successful.

Survivor skill 4 FOOL - Killer heartbeat only intensifies when in chase. Sounds of pain you emit are reduced by 25% for each chase you escape. Unhook and teammate heal interactions are done 15% faster (unhook and heal speed do not increase past 15% unless you use perks which do)

And before a few of you whine saying "we already have enough trash to buy in the bloodweb" I say to you that this is an opportunity to play a certain way which you couldn't do before without skewing the favour of the match. This would enable various builds to flourish, the kind of builds which would be widely received as fun and not the instadown slug unfun builds we have a lot of today. Plus this would give you a reason to use other perks which you cannot find in yourself to use without the Bloodpoint bonus of bbq and WGLF.

Feel free to come up with your own idea for Survivor skills or killer Techniques.
