I just received a Glass Splinter in my bloodweb, but weren't they retired in Patch 3.6.0?
Edit: Oh, yes. 3.6.0 is an upcoming patch. The wiki already updated kinda confused me. Whatever then.

That's right, it's going to be disabled as the 3.6.0 says.
You were probably thinking of The Doctor or The Hags splinters which were disabled in 2.0.0. At any rate, they seem to finally be going with the removal of the splinter offerings.
