Rift reward error, somebody know how to fix this?

I'm sorry that I'm posting this in a ask a question category, I just don't know where to post this.

So I just got a rift reward error, I think the error code was 409 but I'm not sure. I didn't get my 50 auric cells, I tried restarting my game and nothing happened, is there a way on how to fix this?

You can post in the Technical Issues subforum (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues) and see if someone there has the answer, but the best way to get a problem like that resolved, especially if progress loss is involved, is probably to contact Support, and submit a ticket in the technical issues category.
