what if some perks had extra effects you could chose?

So the Idea would be to make some perks fit more into a special playstyle.

For Example Dark Devotion.

If you hit you obsession with you basic attack they get a 32m terror radius for 30 seconds while the killer becomes undetactable.

So what if you could chose to keep your terror radius as a killer AND the obsession would gain the terror radius too.

another customization would be if the obsession get YOUR terrorradius. and not a fixed 32m.

So imagine you play the Perk that increases your TR by 26% + Dark Devotion Coulrophobia. Its not a really good build, but it would open the way for a new playstyle.

Are there any perks you could think of could get a choosable effect?
