Map morning afternoon evening and night

I would like to know if it's possible when you appear in a map the map randomly puts it in the morning in the afternoon or in the evening or at night? I think it would be easy to do, just modify the outside of Map.

    Kind of, when we had moonlight offerings.

    But I'd wager they wont, because they removed moonlight offerings for the purpose of keeping the maps at a general brightness, and want them to all be balanced. Changing the ToD via light offerings or otherwise, would throw that off and require a lot of extra tweaking to have essentially the same exact map with a different color scheme.
