PTB like KYF
I've always wondered why the PTB didn't just unlock all perks and addons like a KYF match. Wouldn't this allow people to more easily test different perks, addons and offerings with ease? The whole point of a PTB is supposed to be able to test out the new stuff, so why make it a grind to get those items?
