That'd be.. kinda neutral. One the one hand it normalizes time wasted, on the other it takes 2 and a half minutes which is way more than enough time to search the boxes regardless of whether it's active when you put it on. It's supposed to waste time but the number of times they get it off in one or two boxes before it's even active is way too high lol.
