The system to get progress pips is broken and useless

honestly pipping needs to be harder and for the reset to be more harsh, way too many red ranks that belong in green ranks tbh and iv stopped playing because i cannot be bothered to play games with teammates that have no clue how the game works, how to play at high level or people that hide all game expecting to get carried.
