Why is boil over so trash?
There are a lot of perks that are obviously hot garbage? But this perk even at level 3 makes little to zero difference to the killer. 75% struggling is more like a 10% increase to it. And there are so many hooks that the ability to remove hook auras are literally worthless. Only reason I see this perk existing are for meme purposes, and even that seems limited. How do you make this perk not suck?
