Punishing players for disconnecting
Righty ho, hear me out fellow DBD'ers. Let me help set the scene for you.
You've just launched DBD for the first time, you're excited to get going and playing some killer games to up your rank and score some of those sweet sweet Bloodpoints. You decide you want to play the new doctor and gear him up for a game, after a few minutes you load into a lobby, everybody readies up and the game begins.
The game goes pretty typically, you get a few downs, couple pallets here and there and there are still 3 gens left, not bad. You notice that there is a BM'ing Claudette (Surprise, right?) and she seems to want your attention pretty bad, you give it to her and you down her but this time she disconnects, only to soon find out as you down the others that they were a SWF team, thus they all disconnect. You shake your head in dissapointment at the salt and find out you've been punished for the survivors disconnecting!? You played well, you should've at least gotten 1 pip right?
End of story.
To the point, don't punish killers when a survivor disconnects, sure you get 600-some points but it still affects your ability to pip after game because a salty Claudette wasn't able to window juke you for the 15th time. Please sort this out, what does the community think?
