"Billy is op" time to put that to the test.
I'm going to play 20 games of billy with no perks and see how well I do .
rules
- no instasaw
- I can m1 (although I will be mostly using my chainsaw )
-no map offerings
I will take a screenshot of every endgame leaderboard as proof , I'm currently rank 3 so we shall see what kind of survivors I go against
Any other rules I should go by?

How do we define instasaw? I think no addons?
Instasaw would be no addons.
Billy was immune to the ruin nerf since he doesn't need it, he can move fast anyways. So he is stronger now comparatively than he was.
