Could you explain what happened a bit more? What do you mean about your game being "locked"?
If you're on PS4 it happens sometimes. You might have to restore licenses in account settings. But it could be for another reason. Something might need updating, too, like your PS4 so don't forget to check for a system update. If you were sharing games withy our PS4 activated as the primary you might want to check and make sure they're still sharing with you because it'll lock if they made their PS4 primary again and they were the one that had purchased the game.
