DS Obsession Perk bound to one survivor idea, the others get 'Desired' perk

With lots of talk about multiple DS being a problem i was thinking what if the devs introduce a system where survivors can selected desired perks they want to bring into the game.

For example 3 people have DS as the first desire perk and the second being dead hard. When the game starts one gets DS and the other two get dead hard as their first perk.

This way they can limit DS to one survivor per game.
Thoughts?

    Couldn't it be a unique perk and not something that already exists? Why not have it be an added pallet stun time. You've still got the strike aspect of it. I mean, I don't think anyone uses DS just to be the obsession.
