I keep whiffing my attacks as nurse , any tips

I’ve been playing a lot of nurse lately and have perfectly memorized the muscle memory but I feel like my hits should be hitting but they don’t idk if I need to blink a little further , is this a bug? Dedicated servers? Or do I just need to “ git gud “

    It wouldn't be affected by dedicated servers. As the killer, you still have the final say on hits (much like before). If they look like they're there and you hit them, they will get hit. What might be throwing you off, if you play a bunch of other killers, is that the Nurse has an ever so slightly shorter lunge, so you might think you're close enough, but you might miss by a couple inches.
