An idea to help the game!

Alright. I thought of a way to make the killers happy, while giving another objective for survivors. You dont even have to make new assets. You have all the things in.the game ready for it. You could make this idea a perk, but it would literally just become the new ruin perk, and if you do not want that, then make it into the game itself.

You know how dull totems are literally just 1000 boldness points or a NOED placeholder? Well, time to make them useful.

For every dull totem that is on the map that isn't broken, gen progression should slow down by 4%. If you use a hex perk, then the totem does not count towards the gen slow down.

This solves a good amount of issues:

1. Killers will finally have the gen slow down they ask for

2. It gives a risk-reward element to the use of a hex perk, sacrificing some gen slow-down for a powerful perk.

3. Survivors now have a legitimate second objective to do, and can choose to ignore it, but suffer the penalty.

4. NOED might get a buff from this, but you can make it count as a hex totem and not give gen progression, or you can also just say that NOED will be harder to use since more totems will break.

Now I know some people will say "what about it stacking with thanataphobia and dying light?". Well, thana will get stronger, but the totems will only affect gen speed, not everything. Plus, totems can still be broken. I dont think dying light will be super impactful, as it is a "winning more" perk IMO.

Again, I recommend that it becomes part of the game, and a perk. We need to stop this bandaid fixing mentality, and start looking at legitament problems in the game.

Now, I know that not everyone will agree with me on this. Please, instead of saying "bad idea, poor choice get gud", please give some advice or give a suggestion to change it instead.
