Ruin and Doctor reworked due to lag
One thing I've noticed with PS4 dedicated servers is the lag with doctor and hitting perfect skill checks on dedicated servers.
The doctor suffered from this on p2p but not skill checks.
This explains why being that everyone was surprised by a doctor rework and more so with Ruin.
