New ruin and freddy?
So one of Freddy's strengths is his teleporting to gens. He actually gets weaker as the gens pop. Especially if survivors are smart about what gens they do.
IF ruin stays, the ability to mindgame gens by fake teleporting is going to naturally push people away.
Again it requires ruin to still be active but if it is, then this is really good on the nightmare
