Salve, mi persiste da un paio di mesi questo problema, nonostante io abbia fatto più di 100 cure per il trofeo medico non riesco a ottenerlo, vorrei sapere se magari sbaglio qualcosa o se effettivamente è un bug e puo essere sistemato
