A ptb suggestion build
I run thrilling tremors,ruin, surveillance and surge/distressing/infectious fright with the terror radius add-ons for the doctor. It is really fun to play,because you block the gens that are not being worked on while they regress with ruin,and if you run surge/infectious the survivors will be off their gens. That way they will be blocked and regressed,giving you more time!
