Some of you guys are slightly wrong about the Doctor Changes
Doctor's cooldown between attacks, people keep saying that survivors will be able to hit him with a pallet before it ends, those people are actually wrong
According to Paulie's recent stream for the PTB, Doctor swings before the scream ends meaning you can actually prevent a survivor from throwing the pallet when they camp it waiting for the cooldown to end

Id rather it just allow us to attack after a second of using his shock, 3 seconds of not being able to do anything feels awkward as a killer.
