Survive with friends trouble

I was just wondering if there is any particular reason that survivors who go into a lobby with friends spawn into the lobby at the same time. It is difficult enough for my friends and I to find matches when we play together and some killers see that 2-4 of us come in at the same time and instantly back out of the lobby making us wait more time to find a match and hopefully not have the killer quit. Is it possible for devs to change the way people spawn into the lobby that way killers can't tell who is playing with friends and who isn't?

    Tricking Killers into playing a SWF group when they really have no interest in playing them will lead to more Killers just dropping the game. If you are lucky they'll quit the match and not just kill the process.
