What's the point of Ruin now?
'The perk will be strong late game'
Good luck keeping the totem around for late game. 80% of the time a totem will be cleansed within the first 2 mins. This is pretty much a slightly better version of Surge but as a hex. Don't even know why they bother with a PTB because they aren't going to revert the changes.
'We tested it with external players'
I'm guessing they were survivor mains and the devs played as a killer equipped with hex ruin.
