Behavior, read this.
If the ruin gets nerfed a lot of killers will leave, because survivors already op especially when they are survive with friends, ruin already a perk that is difficult to protect and if it gets nerfed will be a brown rank perk. If you really nerf this, at least you should leave it as not a hex, but a normal perk, like pop goes on the weasel.
