3sec looks solid for me

current 2.5 sec is weak consider of his mode changing delay and slower mov speed of treatment mode

    That's why they are buffing him in the next mid-chapter, no more switching modes.

    As a designer, you never ever just take the first idea you have and run with it. You brainstorm, you iterate, you ask questions, you conduct tests and gather feedback.

    Point is, I'm certain ideas like buffing the duration of Shock Therapy came up in the early stages of the process. For whatever reason, it was apparently decided that what they eventually settled on was the better route. I couldn't tell you what that reason is until we have more information about what changes have actually been made.

    We should be getting more information about the changes, and maybe even the reasoning behind them, some time in the next week or two.

    Yes, it's possible some people won't like the Doctor rework. In fact, it's almost certain. I'd be very surprised if not a single person had issues with it. But it's still far too early to tell whether that will be the case.
