The playerbase is way too small for something like that. Plus what would the benefit of going to competitive be vs casual?
Queue times are difficult enough as it is. Unless you want to throw all the ranks into the same pool together, there's no way DBD has enough players to properly support multiple queues.
Crossplay would need to happen for that to even be a possibility.
