Matchmaking system on PS4?

I literally get paired with whatever rank killer, whatever rank survivor every game. A lot of the people are newbies rank 20 and don't know the fundamentals of gameplay. Is there going to be a matchmaking system placed on ps4?

    I get what you're saying. It would take a little longer to find a game being rank 12 and up, but then again playing with 3 other newbies, 2 that do nothing but walk around/hide in lockers and one that actually will work on generators with you or while you distract is kind of a bs gameplay experience. (This scenario has happened multiple times for me)
