I'm lagging when i'm falling from an elevation?

Everytime i'm falling from an elevation like in haddonfield from an house, i'm lagging when i want to run on the floor.

When i fall from an elevation and then i'm running (for example) to a pallet, and standing right there, it lags a bit and places me there, where i landed.

Has this to do with my internet, because we have very good internet at home usually (with cable)?
