New chapter concept: Heaven Among Us. New killer, survivor, map and perks

Hi everybody, sorry if somethings don't make that much sense, this is my first time making a concept (post actually) so I hope you like it. Keep in my this concept shows some religious beliefs of Catholicism in the backstory, but be aware it's just part of the backstory. Feel free to leave your opinions and tips for me if you want. (oh by the way this concept talks about ######### and sexual abuse. sorry...) Enjoy!

Killer Backstory: Born pure of light and righteousness, a soul more pure than any other, an angel given the name Amanda was created by he Lord. Amanda was a pale woman with lush, brown hair, blues eyes, freckles, and a clean white robe. Amanda stood near the Lord at all times for many, many years, ensuring her loyalty. Looking at the people down below, looking at their ways and day to day lives filled her with curiosity. Then one day, Amanda asked the lord if she can visit Earth for a short time and see everything the people have created. The Lord knowing she has served him well over the many years, agreed to send her to Earth for 1 week under the name Amanda Sheeran. Filled with joy, Amanda prepared her journey to Earth.

Down on Earth, Amanda was sent to Los Angles, California, USA. Amanda looked around and saw the bustling city and the lively people everywhere. However, on the fourth night, a tragedy occurred. That night she was taking a stroll a night, when she suddenly got struck on the back of her head, knocking her out. She awoke later that night, her clothes ripped off. After a night of torture and abuse, she finally snapped. She breaks loose from her captivity and found one of the knives she had been tortured with and sought out to kill her torturers. Slowly she killed them 1 by 1 until the deed was done. Knowing what she had done and upsetting the Lord, she was ashamed of her self. But something sparked in her. She slowly grew a maniacal grin, ear to ear. She felt like a god. But it only lasted for so long, she had to have more. She went around Los Angeles killing people to fuel her pleasure. She used her power to be a person so no one suspected a thing. Then on the final day, she found herself walking through some deep, heavy fog, and ended in the realm of the entity.

New Killer: The Corrupt Angel

Weapon of choice: Heavenly Arrow; Animation licks the fresh blood from her arrow (it's just a melee weapon)

Speed: 110

Height: Average

Description: Dirty, ragged brown hair, fading blue eyes, very pale skin with freckles, a torn, bloody robe.

Power: Devious Shape Shift: The power of the Lord sill resides within you. Allows you to shape shift into a random survivor. Cooldown: 30 sec. When as a survivor you emit no terror radius or stain, your field of view increases tremendously and speed is now 120. 15 sec duration of use but add-ons can extend the duration.

Perks: The Killer's three main perks are Hex: Tick Tock, Inevitable, and Last Straw

Hex: Tick Tock; When the generators are complete the Endgame Collapse timer is decreased by 20/35/50 percent

Inevitable: Fate is inevitable. When a survivor escapes from the chase, the next time they are chased, they get a 2/4/6 percent decrease in movement speed in the chase.

Last Straw: When a gen is complete up to the final one, get a 2/4/6 percent increase in action time and speed.

Survivor backstory: WIP (Sorry!)

  • I feel that there is a lot of room for improvement here. The story for the Killer is really basic and reminiscent of The Hag’s, their power looks too reliant on add-ons in order to be effective, and the perks are lackluster and virtually ineffective, not to mention that Last Straw is literally NOED without the Exposed effect.

    Gameplaywise...

The power needs more to it in order to be effective, because disguising yourself as a Survivor by itself won’t do you much good when up against perks such as Spine Chill or Premonition. There needs to be either map pressure or chasing potential in order for a Killer to be effective, and Corrupt Angel doesn’t have it.

The perks are too simple and outdated. There should not be perks that affect the Endgame Collapse, because they only encourage Survivors to leave earlier and provide hardly any benefit to the Killer. Hex: Tick Tock just won’t work. Also, hex? Why?

Inevitable could be good for sure, especially with smart stealth Killers, but it’s too simple and also can’t be countered. I should also mention that there is no time limit, so Survivors would be slowed forever if we’re going by what you’ve put.

Last Straw is the same as Hex: No One Escapes Death and Fire Up, just with lesser values and no Exposed effect. By which, this means that the perk holds no value when compared to the better variants above.

Sorry if this response seems really negative. I’m just speaking rationally. The game nowadays is much more complex than you think.
