Killer suggestion: The Warden
The Warden: when a survivor is downed warden can apply shackles, the more the survivors run the slower they get until forced into walking , killer gets 3 shackles, there are 3 boxes to search for a key guaranteed key in each box ,1 use per box, survivors get auras of which boxes havent been used ,killer does not know which has been used; closely related to the pig; also maybe there are more boxes around 10 and they all dont have 100% guarantee of a key, and maybe killer has no aura of boxes, definitely needs another power than just shackles, all i got so far.
