Hag's Tome 1 unlockable skin has no headpiece...
...but when you unlock both the arm and the body, it's counted as a complete outfit. So this is an indication that there isn't going to be a headpiece included later down the line.
The skin looks silly and unfinished without it's own headpiece.
To be honest, the green 'plant skin' floret headpiece looks best when combined.
Honestly, how hard would it have been to re-colour Hag's original headpiece and made it complete.
Just makes the unlocking of the skin feel a tad disappointing.

Huntress doesn't have a body either
True but the problem with Hag is that combining colours looks really bad.
There is no standard light green DLC Hag heads either. All a bit odd.
