There is a "BHVR read" tag which they will sometimes apply to posts to indicate that they have seen it even if they haven't replied.
However, just because a post doesn't have that tag, it doesn't necessarily mean the devs haven't seen it. All legitimate bug reports are passed on to the team responsible for bug fixes, and the Community Managers regularly check the Feedback and Suggestions category.
So basically, if your post is a bug report or feedback, there's a high chance the devs have seen it. But there's no way to know for certain that they've read it unless they go out of their way to mark it as such.
