How long has DC penalties been shelved for?

They had a target date in mind before; but then there were all the major bugs that they have to iron out first which makes sense, and they may not know how long it will take to solve those problems.

With that being said though, like what exactly are we waiting for. You said "When the game is stable enough" so it obviously isn't right now, is it just after you get the Gen bug and the basement hook bug fixed assuming no other issues pop up?

Or are there other things that need to be fixed too?

Is it getting delayed till next update instead?

Just hoping for a little more specific information, I get that giving a specific date would be bad for obvious reasons, but I am wondering what their definition of stable is to us; and if we can expect it soon, or a long while from now.
