Furtive Chase and Nemesis

On the PTB I saw that Furtive Chase and Nemesis didn't work together despite Nemesis's wording that the second part worked on Obsession swap. Nemesis DID, however, work with Decisive Strike.

I saw no mention of it on the patch notes for the chapter, but was this changed to allow the synergy or was it decided to not allow the two perks to work together?
