What do you guys think if dying light wasn't an obsession perk and didn't buff the obsession in any way?Would that be too strong or still to weak?Cause i find it really weak atm

I wouldn't say it's too weak as it is. You can get an 18-27% speed penalty using it, which is a sizeable amount. And the obsession's buff is fairly small, they only get a bonus to altruism which is not that bad.
If it weren't an obsession perk, it would just be another flat slowdown perk, which seems pretty boring to me. All Michael's perks are designed around the obsession mechanic because that's his character. It just wouldn't feel right to remove that, in my opinion.
