Also I made a thread about dream cosmetics to be added to the game a while back and some ideas people suggested actually ended up turning into real things making up 'the day of the dead', 'biker Kate', beach/sunken trapper and wraith among a few others which I just forgotten.
It just shows, Devs are always interested in our ideas eventhough it might be hard to sort the good stuff from the rest.
